  1. One more data point. Running -Ryzen 1700 -Asus Prime x370 Pro -16GB DDR4 2400 (running at 2133) I turned off global C state and it's been running stable for 2 days. S3 Sleep and WOL also works great except CPU fans comes back on full (might be related to incorrect CPU temps)
  2. Before I start my Ryzen build, has anyone gotten the unraid S3 plugin and WOL to work properly with Ryzen? If you can shared your build, that would be much appreciated. Thanks.
  3. @TType85 Any issues with S3 sleep and WOL in unraid on the Ryzen 1700 build?
  4. Assuming your setup is in your sig, it's likely your (AOC-SASLP-MV8) that's breaking WOL. See https://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=48543.0
  5. Hi, do you know if this card works well with S3 sleep and WOL?
  6. @primeval_god Thanks for the info. Before I pick up an Adaptec AAR-1430SA, may I ask what kind of MB are you using with it?
  7. Nope, I'm now looking for a new motherboard that has at least 12 sata ports. I haven't heard from anyone who has gotten any pcie sata cards to work with s3 sleep.
  8. To add some context, the AOC-SASLP-MV8 I have breaks wake on lan (no telnet, no web UI, hard reset necessary). Are there other chipsets that doesn't break WOL? If there are problems with every sata PCIe card, does that indicate some issues with the kernel/driver support that breaks with WOL? Has anyone investigated why WOL breaks with sata cards or if integrating linux device drivers would help? Thanks
  9. Due to a variety of reasons, having S3 sleep on the unraid server is a pretty important feature for me. I can not find any confirmations of sata controller cards that works with S3. Is there any PCIe sata controller cards that is confirmed to work with S3? Thanks for any information.
