  1. i broke something in nzbget so i decided to start over which seems like a big mistake it all started when the web ui disapeared so i started from scratch and now i get this error in sonnar Billions.S05E06.2160p.WEB.h265-NiXON

No files found are eligible for import in /usr/local/bin/nzbget/downloads/completed/Series/Billions.S05E06.2160p.WEB.h265-NiXON

I think i know longer have read and write permission can someone please explain how i get it back i don't remember changing any settings

  2. all my files turned into read only I did not change any setting and when I try to erase a file it says I do not have permission

How are you trying to do this?

    What created the files?

Are you actually logging into your server and what is the user name?  (root is excluded from logging onto a share for security reasons.)

One thing to try is look  at your shares from a terminal or PuTTY session.  After logging in, type the following command:

    ls /mnt/user  -al

You should see your shares there.  The owner of the shares should be 'nobody' and the group 'users'.  Now  get a list of the files inside one of your shares by hitting the 'up-arrow' key and using the 'right-arrow' and ''left-arrow' add the name (capitalization is IMPORTANT) of one of your shares as exampled in the following:

    ls /mnt/user/Media  -al

Again the owner of the shares should be 'nobody' and the group 'users'.  If this is not the case, this is your source of your problem.  Report back with the names and someone will be able to help you.

is this what you are talking about

  4. I've spent some time looking through the forums and there is such a wealth of information that I'm having a hard time finding the answers to some questions.

I'm running 6.1.3 and have installed Community Applications and have configured PLEX successfully. I'd like to supplement my setup with SABnzbd, SickBeard, and CouchPotato. In looking through the list of Community Applications, and there are several repositories featuring these packages. I'm having a hard time figuring out what the difference is between the various versions ... are these separate forks? if so, how can i find the one that meets my needs? For that matter, are there official builds that I can grab? Or, is there a defacto version of these programs that are wildly considered to be "the best"?

Meanwhile, I found this on the wiki and though it's dated (and full of typos), it appears to be a pretty succinct recap of what I need to do to properly get each of these setup.

    http://lime-technology.com/wiki/index.php/Setting_Up_SABnzbd,_SickBeard,_and_CouchPotato

That said, are there any other guides out there which outline the setup for these programs? I just don't have a ton of free time these days and want to make sure that I focus on the most efficient methods to get my system fully operational.

    Cheers

if you pick nzbget and sonnar I can help you out just recently upgrade to those and It was fairly easy

  5. Make sure your appdata user share is set to Use cache disk: Only

I would recommend mapping all of those docker's /config to /mnt/cache/appdata, just to be consistent.

Map transmission /downloads to /mnt/user/downloads. Definitely don't want it downloading directly to /mnt/cache or you are going to accidentally create a new user share for every torrent folder.

Map nzbget /data to /mnt/user/downloads just to be consistent.

I don't use couchpotato but it looks OK to me.

I tried it your way and I couldn't get sonar or couchpotato to post process but I switched it to this

    1lTzFez.png?1

and couchpotato nzbget plex and sonarr all work properly I just cant get transmission to snatch torrents and cant get headphones to work at all and I convinced that emby is broken

/mnt/user/downloads so what about the cache it seems to have created a share and now I don't have space to download
  7. I'm having quite the time getting Videosort to work with Nzbget for movies. I use Sonarr for TV and it sorts and renames fine. When I download a movie with Nzbget I can get it to copy the movie to the movies folder, but it doesn't rename anything. I read that you need Python installed, but I'm not sure if I do. Is it included in the nzbget docker? If not, how do I install this?

My docker paths are as follows.

    Container:                Host path:

    /config                      /mnt/cache/appdata/nzbget/

    /data                          /mnt/cache/appdata/nzbget/downloads/

    /tv                            /mnt/user/TV Shows/

    /movies                    /mnt/user/Movies/

    Nzbget Paths:

    MainDir          /data

    DestDir          ${MainDir}/dst

    InterDir          ${MainDir}/inter

    Categories:

    Name            Movies

    DestDir          /movies

    PostScript    videosort/VideoSort.py

    VideoSort:

    MoviesDir      /movies

    Extension Scripts:

I haven't changed anything in here.

Any ideas where I've gone wrong?

    Thanks

did you ever figure this out?
  8. From: /data

    To: /media

OK so trying to test couchpotato and I ran into this error

  9. OK.

Are your downloads and appdata shares set to "Use Cache?: ONLY" ?

If yes, CouchPotato should rename as follows:

    FROM: /data

    TO: /media

Change the transmission docker from /downloads to /data as well (they should be similar so cross communication works properly).

yes the appdata share is set to cache only so let me get this straight just so I understand couch /data should be mnt/user/data instead of mnt/user/downloads and transmission should be mnt/user/data?

I think he is talking about the container volumes, and you are talking about the host paths.

container volumes are those in the settings of the app? like this

  10. OK.
