  1. If you are any good at programming, you could simple use a md5 hash generator to calculate the hash of all files on the old and the new server, compare those two and see if there are any files where the hash doesn't match. It's pretty easy to do in C# for example. Or write a small utility to compare the entire file content. Maybe you could even use one of the duplicate file finder tools and simply delete everything on the WHS server where there is an exact duplicate on the unraid server? I'm currently working on a program to do that, but it will likely take another month or two until it's actually usable by anyone but me
