  1. Hi so, after research and update problem is gone, but I don't know really what was the problem because I make several changes. In order : - I have updated veeam agent -> no change - I have changed one option in smb setting of unraid : max protocol = SMB2_2 as read in forum -> no change - I have changed max protocol = SMB2_2 to max protocol = SMB3 -> no change - Finally, I have rebooted the computers (thinking of reset samba client) AND IT WORKS. 100 MB/s min and backup is speeder than before What was exactly the problem ? update, max protocol, etc... I don't know and good for me
  2. Not really, not really. Near Paris in FRANCE 😊 (so, sorry for spelling mistakes)
  3. Hello, I use unraid since 5 years. I was at 6.3.5 version since a lot of time and last friday, I have upgraded the system. 6.3.5 -> 6.5.3 and after, 6.5.3 -> 6.7.0. I had no problem after this upgrade, every things works well (shares, array, etc...) BUT... Today, I realize that there is a big trouble with the veeam backups. Each computer at home, with windows, is saved every day by veeam, to a unraid's share (smb share). Eache computer is saved at a different time of the day, 2 hours min between each save. My computer at 12h30, my son's computer at 14h30 and 16h30, etc... Before the upgrade, veeam indicate a speed between 100 and 150 MB/s when reading the partition to save on share. My ssd is a 500GB and save is less than 3 minutes with 18 GB sent to unraid share. Yesterday, 2h47 for 12 GB, with speed at 2MB/s. Same on the others computers at home. On unraid dashboard, on interface section : inbound = 12/13 Mb/s I have directory on my computer, links to unraid share (smb share). If I copy file (2/3 GB file) from my computer to unraid, inbound is up to 900 Mb/s during the copy and it's 10/15 sec to copy so normal. With wscp (ftp), same speed to transfer. Problem appears at the upgrade. So, where is the trouble ? Is there something I forgot? Thanks a lot For information, diskspeed of the system :
  4. Hello, I have installed the 6.7 version (from 6.3.5) and now, I have the same messages every 10 sec (before, from 6.3.5, I never see that. Is it a problem ? Thx
  5. Yes I know, topic is 2 years old, but just to say I have The same problem. When I plug the monitor, here the IRQ16 problem appears, and without sata card (but with too). Yesterday, I installed a new disk in the server and unfortunatelly, I plugged the network cable in the wrong connector (I use a pcie intel card and not the realtek chip of the MB) and naturelly, no network. I plugged the monitor to see what was the problem and realize my mistake. So, plugged in the good connector, unplugged the monitor and go for the preclear -> 2,6 MB speed. After reboot, all is ok.
  6. Oh I think I have found the origin of the error. The problem seems to appear when I plug/unplug the DVI cable in the monitor. I have tested that 2 times and had instantly 2 times the error. Lets say : Problem solved
  7. Yes I can ;-) File is too big for this post, this is the link : syslog Curious thing : this morning, i can't access server in telnet. Only change one thing, yesterday, I installed the bwm-ng package. I'll try to restart the server later. EDIT : in windows 8, I can't log with "telnet IP" in command window (worked yesterday) but I can type telnet and after "open IP" works. It's windows, it's strange :-)
  8. Hello, I try my unraid server since last week with the basic option and i test it before buying the pro option. Since saturday, I make copy of my files from the old WHS server to the unraid server without any problem (2TB of data for the moment), but sunday on the afternoon, I had some errors. This is a part of the syslog, at the end of this message. My server runs on a MSI Z87 motherboard with a pentium G2020 cpu and 4GB of DDR3. 3 drives are WD green 2TB WD20EZRX. Flashdrive is a 4GB MediaRange I don't know what is the reason of these errors, do you know if it is specific error (hardware ?). I see several times "cpuidle_xxx" so is it a problem with the CPU idle ? Something to deactivate in the BIOS or else ? But only one time error... Thanks to help me to understand. I discovered unraid because I want to change WHS (runs well but need to much drive to have security and to have a system on a flashdrive is priceless in case of hardware failure, death motherboard for example). zigzig (forgive me for my english, I'm better in french :-) ) Mar 29 05:16:28 Tower kernel: NTFS driver 2.1.30 [Flags: R/W MODULE].
