i find it fun that when you buy a san or nas of lets say 20 tb, they say backup your data first.... IT IS the backups... lol how theh hell you gonana backup 20 TB ?

seems that now itried a normal SATA drive and it works.... but not the sas drives.. Drives are : I ruled out the backplanes ( good news ) It’s the drives, It seems plugging in a normal sata drive works, but not SAS. My SAS drives are IBM E Server Drives P/n 42C0251 146.8 GB 10k rpm SAS Model ST9146802SS http://discountechnology.com/Seagate-ST9146802SS-SAS-Hard-Drive#specs any idea ?

wow this is confusing... norco said forward.. You need forward breakout cable for 4020. Please check. thats waht i got currently but the norco 4020 's drives are not seen. not sure what option i could change in bios.
