I changed my MOBO to an Asus A88X-plus and now I can't see the sensors value in the command line.
---------------------------
root@Tower:/# sensors
k10temp-pci-00c3
Adapter: PCI adapter
temp1: +27.1 C (high = +70.0 C)
(crit = +70.0 C, hyst = +69.0 C)
---------------------------
Running "sensors-detect, I see this message:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now follows a summary of the probes I have just done.
Just press ENTER to continue:
Driver `lm78':
* ISA bus, address 0x290
Chip `National Semiconductor LM78' (confidence: 6)
Warning: the required module lm78 is not currently installed
on your system. If it is built into the kernel then it's OK.
Otherwise, check http://www.lm-sensors.org/wiki/Devices for
driver availability.

I tried to add the "lm78" module with modprobe (I found the lm78.c" file in the net) , but the problem is where I need to put the file (etc/modules/?) ?
Well, this is the right way to solve the problem (ie, add the lm78.c file) or anyone have another idea ?
Thanks.
