What did you do with the backup? There is no point in backing it up since you can't restore it and it was corrupt anyway.

I did a backup just to have it.

I have some other dockers running to.. one of them is delugevpn, and it is currently downloading some big files ;)
So, i just copyed the image back, when I had testet a fresh install of Plex.
The backup copy worked just fine for the other dockers, so they are up again.

Only Plex and Krusader that has problems.

  2. Docker stopped working for me now :(

Yesterday I got some messages about full docker image.. And today Plex and a few others did not work.

Tried restarting all dockers, and they started working.. But not Plex :(

Tried a reboot, and also stopping and starting docker service, and also expand image to 25GB.

Nothing worked.. I then did a backup of docker image, and deleted it, an set up plex again.. Same issue..

It shows up as running, but in the log it is spammed with "starting plex"

Krusader is also not working as it should.. I can start it and connect to web-ui.. but freezes when I try to start a session.

    Any tips?

I'm not very good at dockers.. But I try my best ;)

  3. I need permission from "user nobody", and I know that nobody is the user that the docker is using.

But before I updated, it worked just fine.

im not sure how you were getting away with this working previously, but this needs to be resolved, as its currently working as it should do, as in its creating files as user nobody, if you access stuff using a named account then you need to tweak the settings for this docker to use that account, steps below:-

    1. ssh into unraid and issue the following command:-

id <name of account you want to use>

note the UID and GID values from the above command

    2. stop the container and edit the container (make sure to switch on advanced view) and change the PUID to match the PID and GUID to match the GID values from the above command.

    3. go to the /config folder on the unraid host and delete the file "perms.txt".

    4. ssh into unraid and issue the following commands:-

chown -R <UID>:<GID> <path to data folder for this container>
chmod -R 775 <path to data folder for this container>

    5. start the docker container and wait, it might take a min to start as it will reset the permissions on the /config folder.

you should now be able to use your named account to add/edit/delete any file/folder.

I do not know why it worked before.. but it did.. hehe..

Think it works now, atleast I was able to delete the last downloaded file right from windows :)

  4. unRaid informed me that it was a update to DelugeVPN today.

I updated, and now I have problems..

It downloads just fine, but I'm not able to move or delete files that I download.

My download folder share is set to "Secure" and my user has read/write access.

But when I try to move or delete files, it says that I need permission from "user nobody", and I know that nobody is the user that the docker is using.

But before I updated, it worked just fine.. And I can still move and delete files that where downloaded before I updated the docker.

I also tried to restart and stop the docker, and still had the same problem.

Then I tried midnigt commander, and was able to delete the file from there.

I have not tried to reboot unRaid yet.

  5. I have figured out my problem with low speed now.

We have ADSL, but the modem did not open the ports I wanted, before I changed to VDSL interface (sounds wierd, but it was my internet provider who told me to try this), and now I have full speed on this docker :)

  6. Can you try a popular torrent? A Linux ISO file or something?

Post some screenshot, it is easier to help you then for other people :)

I see now that I had the wrong port configured.. it was at standard.. and I think I need to use 443 as port (atleast that is the one mention in the ovpn file).

no this isnt right, you need to figure out what your incoming port is for your vpn connection, this might be dynamic or might be static, you will need to find out from your vpn provider what they offer, some vpn providers do not allow incoming ports, in which case you either need to switch vpn provider or use usenet instead, airvpn and pia both DO support incoming ports.

I tried to switch to a Windows computer (not a VM this time), and installed OpenVPN and Vuze.. Found the same torrent again (the one I was downloading for a long time now..), set it to download to the same folder.. Took some hours to check all the files.. and the download started.

After a short time, download speed was 2.2Mbit again.. And ETA for download was about 3-4 days.

In deluge VPN it was atleast a month.

But today the speed has fallen to about 3-400kbit.. but it looks a bit more stable than in Deluge VPN.

And the wierdest part is that I did not open any ports for Vuze now, so it looks like my router manages that part fine itself.

Think I just gonna finish the download this way, and then try to find out what is wrong in Deluge VPN.

Think I need to contact vpntunnel and ask what ports they give me.

  7. Can you try a popular torrent? A Linux ISO file or something?

Post some screenshot, it is easier to help you then for other people :)

I just tried Ubuntu 15.10 desktop 64-bit from ubuntu.com.. That should be a fast torrent I guess.

It's downloding at 300-500kbit right now.. and that is the only torrent running at the moment.

I'm running unRaid Beta right now.. and I also had to setup the deluge-vpn docker again, because after the update I could not manage to get it working.. had to delete it, and set it up again.

And my VPN provider is not PIA, it is vpntunnel (vpntunnel.se and .com works also)

I see now that I had the wrong port configured.. it was at standard.. and I think I need to use 443 as port (atleast that is the one mention in the ovpn file).

The speed went up a little, but still very unstable.. the speed can be 300kbit, one second later (when it does a refresh), it ca be 600kbit.. and the next second it might be down to 400.. so it just jumps up and down all the time.

My DSL line is 30/10 and the provider gives this information: Speed from 21-34 Mbit/s (download) and 3,4-12 Mbit/s (upload).

What do you want screenshots of, that can help me figure out this speed problem? :)

  8. Hi.

Just started using unraid about a week ago..

And finally had delugevpn up and running a few days ago.

But have some speed problems.. It's jumping from 100kbit til a little over 1mbit in download speed.

And it's just jumping all the time, the speed is not stable.

    Any tips??

Earlier I ran a VM with Windows 10, OpenVPN (connected to vpntunnel.se), and Vuze as client.

There I had a stable speed on about 2,2Mbit.

And I still download the same torrent (just shut down the VM, and added the magnet link to Deluge, and it found and checked the files, and continued to download the torrent).
