I backed up my vm disks with krusader and was gaoing to copy them over and none of the directories were there so i was going to create them and it says you dont have permision check your permissions. How do i get my vm disks back on there? I just stuck them in the user folder of /unraid

i have a 200gb hdd for cache drive and its got 2gb free now. how do i prevent unraid from storing the disks on the drive? how do i go about moving them off of it?

will i lose data on drive 1? or my vms?

i have been running with a 1tb and a 500gb drive in slot 1 and 2. i removed drive 2 and put in a 2tb wd red and put another 2tb wd red in parity after they passed preclear. i am unable to start the array for an invalid configuration. the 500gb drive had pretty much nothing on it the 1tb has alot of stuff on it. i was not running parity. is there any way to force the array to start with the new drives?

has anybody or does anybody use seagate ironwolf series drives? i just purchased my unraid license and planning to buy 2tb or 3tb drives have been looking at wd reds and ironwolfs. the reds seem to be a bit more power friendly, but the ironwolfs are 5900rpn vs 5400rpm and have a little better transferspeeds.

i went to the ip address after install and entered my email for a trial key it said it would be emailed to me
