  1. After rebooting to apply the 6.4.0 upgrade i'm now seeing "Cannot execute "/bin/sh" all over the place. I'm able to boot into safe mode, which makes me think this could be related to a plugin, but i'm not sure how to go about confirming this. No recent config changes that would explain this. Help? tower-diagnostics-20180121-1401.zip
  2. For some reason none of my HP Gen8 ML350's info is showing up. Is anyone running HP Gen8 hardware having this issue as well?
  3. How good are you at recompiling kernels and installing slackware packages though? Because afaik you'd need to get the driver from source, compile it and then bake it into the bzroot and bzimage files each time you upgrade, like I do with the Unraid DVB stuff. If you're comfy with Linux, all well and good, if you're not, then from my experience as a Linux noob it was a world of pain for me to learn. yes and no. I see your point, and you're absolutely right. This is way the hell out of my comfort zone. I haven't done any serious linux shit beyond spinning up and handing off dev environments in years.... that being said, I have a buddy who's a sr linux guy and could do this but i want to know if it's even possible before I ask him to connect and handoff ssh creds. I emailed Mellanox asking about a generic driver, or something open that could be rebuilt and we'll see what happens. 10gig ethernet is still expensive here, and a pair of these mellanox cards were given to me for free...
  4. Has anyone managed to get something like this working with a generic open source driver? The manufacturer has drivers for every other flavour of linux BUT slack (unraid)
  5. I can access the console. If i can do that I can do anything.
  6. I'm trying to get an older Infiniband/10G-Ethernet card working on my Unraid box. My only driver options for Mellanox's MHGH28-XTC card are; Ubuntu SLES Redhat/Centos OL Fedora Debian Unraid is slackware based... :\
