I have tried both options now many times. With the same result as if I did nothing. Same error messages. I have tired not setting up any media path's i have tried with and without forward ports, I have tried /config path inside a share outside ashare in the appdata with same results. This is one thing I am doing with the others is I am mount to data outside of appdata to a share path. So i thought maybe it was a mapping issue. But I am lost. This was one of the main things that would be running on this machine was Plex. Which is running on windows for god sake first time I have ever done that. I cant tell anyone I know that is happening or off with the head. LOL So I am going see where I can get with this or I might just have to turn this into something other than unraid. But I have come so far to turn back now.

OK the problem is not that i dont have outside access. The docker app is not working at all. Many Different Errors.. PMS restarting over and over, sqlitedb is corrupt, etc. LImetech has sqlitedb corruption issue. linuxserver/plex has "Error: Unable to set up server: sqlite3_statement_backend::prepare: disk I/O error for SQL". So each one I try has different errors. But if I try them outside of unraid on a vm or on my local ubuntu box they work fine. Plex is the only one that I have found that is giving me an issue I can not track down. This is same after many tries. After removing them and trying again. something I am unclear with.

Also iptables -L never will show 32400 and the web gui never works.

I am running other Dockers such as a home automation one, called homeseer, that I got from hub.docker.com. Homeseer. It's in bridge mode it shows up that the 3 ports are forwarded and all three work fine. I am using one from CA two called dokuwki on port 82. From cli i do docker ps , I see the forwarded ports like port 82 for that app. So other docker apps are working fine. But not plex.

I have tried to post in docker app, but no go. So I will post here. I have tried creating several plex docker app's, Even created my own and it will not work First thing I noticed -p32400:32400 does not forward the port. And each docker app using docker exec -it <name> bash ... the logs are show any where from corrupt database, to restarting PMS over and over. I have never had this much problem with a docker app before. But I can not get any form of plex working. I installed debian on vm w/ docker and plex worked the first time. Only thing differ i was using storage driver = overlay2 . Does anyone have any ideas. Want me to do something then send you my logs. I am really at a loss. And I finally have Sync'd disk after 2days I7700x cpu, 29TB 32GB ram, and I will send logs, just tell me what to do before i send the logs and I will do what ever. might even send you enough for some beer or pepsi. I restarted the sync and its been running for 12 hours and it has 7 hour and 41 min left.

Well no changes at all for 24 hours and it jumped up to 5days and 15 hours when it was down to 5 hours to go. Not sure what to do. I will start looking into this issue now. I cant keep from not using it. I have stuff I have to do. So for now I going to use it with out sync'd until I can get it worked out. This has been one problem after another. I have not used it since day one and thats hard to do. Plus thinking it was hard drive limit and putting cash into it. Now I am some what dedicated to get it working. Brett

Well I could not wait 27 days for the sync to finish. So I did exactly that a New config Added my disk in 5tb 4tb and 7 3tb drives and its up and running with no drives to add. That problems is taken care of and my data is still there. PROBLEM SOLVED.

I would have to move a bunch of data back off in hopes that that would fix the problem. If I was 100% sure it would. I would do it no problem but I would sure hate to do it just as a test. But the performance I am having there might be other issues. Sudden drop off's in network transfers. from Gig line speeds 12M or slower until the array is stop and restarted. Sync time show 17 hours then the next day it shows 27 days. Docker from plugins do not work. The mappings are not correct for paths and ports. Iptables does not get setup right for plugins . But if i create my own or pull my own they work fine. Example plex, zoneminder I had to use my own modified version to get them working. So maybe a complete rebuild would be a good thing.

trurl I tried to assign one but the disk I assign said It could not. LIke the 5 others that I can not add. The original reason for the post. I can not assign certain disk. 1-WD disk, 4-hitachi disk. The WD disk was assigned to be disk 1. but I had to un-assign it to get the array to start. This is when my trouble started, but I had to move on I need a place to move my data back from borrowed disk from my move from another nas software. At the time I didn't know I could use the plugin UNASSIGNED DISK w/ext4 and move it that way. But I still have disk to move to DISK 1 Brett

I am trying to create Windows10 VM. But can not see the virtio cd. I am on 6.3.2. I have gone to settings, vm manager, Default windows virtio driver ISO and downloaded it. Yes I can see the ISO right in the isos directory. Ubuntu server and Mint installed fine. So I do have some what of a clue what I am doing. Just barely. I have watched 5+ videos on howto do this, but clearly my setup is missing a critical part. I have search google and forums (which google does) and found nothing like this. Having a bad run with unraid I hope to turn around soon. Hello a new user with unraid but did have have Trial on another system before jump and making it on my big media/nas sever. With only 3 drives. Now i have 11 drives and can only get 1- Flash 1- Parity 5-Data. So I thought I was hitting a limit with the trial and everything was working well beside one Docker item Plex. So I knew I could fix that easy later. So I upgrade to Unraid Plus since I have 5 more disk to add.And I had added two disk with no problem at all and I was ready to go all in. So I reboot after the upgrade and still the same error. Even though it is not part of the documentation to pre-clear I did so on all of them. Did not help at all. Error message "You may not add new disk(s) and also remove existing disk(s)." Never tried removing any disk from this new array. So no data exist Nothing in syslog comes up at besides a scan of the disks. no errors. Any help would be great. And I will continue to search. Thanks for any help. Brett
