Hello, Hope everyone is keeping safe no matter where you are. Let me get to the point. I have issues with my server. I have no clue whatsoever on what the issue is or how to resolve it at this stage. I tried shutting it down to reset the server, the software will say that the server is off, but the server itself will still have power and I have to power it off by switching the power button manually on the computer. This results in an unclean shutdown. It will power up no problem and I can restart my server and it will be fine for a while. But then the problem arises again and I have to do this all over again. Just an update to my post. Was able to contact WD and they replaced my drive. They honored the warranty even if I no longer have my old receipt and moved to a different country. My server is now currently rebuilding the parity drive. Thanks for the replies all.

OK, thanks for the reply. So in effect, this drive is about to be toast. Would have expected a little better reliability from a WD red drive with just over 400 days of being on.

For some reason I cannot upload the whole diagnostics folder? So I attached all the files in the 'smart' folder. Hope this is enough.
