    It looks like you put the incorrect ip in the nextcloud setup page on the video. Yours is reading 172.17.0.1 and should be 172.17.0.9:port number. If not, the credentials are incorrect either in nextcloud page or the MariaDB you setup. I just set mine up last weekend and had similar issues (Caused by myself) and ended up deleting the DB and user and starting over.
