  1. Hey there.

     

    Diagnostics attached.

     

    Went to check sonaar this evening and noticed the web gui wasn't loading. Went into the server and noticed a few docker containers had stopped. Tried restarted with no success. Did a reboot and now none of them restarted. From memory the 3 docker containers not running when I first looked was Radaar, Sonaar and OpenVPn. If I try to restart Deluge and Krusader I get a execution error, error code 403. For all the other dockers when attempting to start it just comes back with Server error.

     

    Any help greatly appreciated.

  2. Hi there. I recently had to change VPN providers and while I fixed other containers, thinking PMS wouldn't be affected, it seems to have been affected. The container itself starts but when I try to go to WEB GUI it comes back with the below in the browser - 

     

    This page isn’t working

    192.168.1.73 didn’t send any data.

    ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

     

    Equally if I go to Plex and try to launch from the site it states my server is unreachable.

     

    Attached are my diagnostics. I would appreciate any help.

    Replaced power and sata cables still getting he error. I have attached the disk logs from the cache drive UI itself. And the server diagnostics. Suspecting I need a new cache drive now.

     

    In the UI the icon is grey but circular which would mean not spun up.

  4. Hey there. Apologies if I am missing any etiquette.

     

    Few weeks ago i noticed my Plex server was not working. Looking at the Unraid Web GUI I noticed the docker tab said "failed to start". More looking around in the UI told me the cache drive was not being recognised and is labeled as not present when I spin down the array and check the cache tab out. I've checked the power and Sata cables and they are working perfectly as they have no issue powering up other disks. The screenshot below was taken while it had the working Sata and power cables connected.

     

    I've checked whether the SSD appears in the BIOS and can confirm it also is not being recognised there either. My drives are there but the slot where the cache would be remains empty.

     

    The SSD itself is a SanDisk SSD PLUS 120 GB up to 520 MB/s Sata III 2.5 inch Internal SSD bought an installed Aug 2015.

    Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated. If you need more information let me know and I'll try my best to get it. I am not an expert in this field.

    nevermind - I found it.  to stop the docker service I had to go to the Settings tab and then click on docker.

     

    i deleted the image, started the service back up and reinstalled all my dckers from the docker tab, template dropdown and now im good to go.    thanks!!!

    now i just have to figure out what is writing to my docker image.

     

    Hey there. I think I'm having a similar issue. How do you delete your docker image? Should I do this via putty and midnight commander or is there something you can do in web gui?

  6. Hi all

     

    Hoping for some help. I did have delugevpn running, recently couchpotato and sonarr have stopped connecting to the indexers and i can get to their web gui.

     

    Delguevpn cannot start in the docker and i cannot access the webgui at all. Attached are the logs for all three. Looking at them it appeared my usenet server subscription was the issue but i have checked and it is still active.

     

    I am not an expert and would appreciate any direction to solve my issues.
