  1. Hey there. Diagnostics attached. Went to check sonaar this evening and noticed the web gui wasn't loading. Went into the server and noticed a few docker containers had stopped. Tried restarted with no success. Did a reboot and now none of them restarted. From memory the 3 docker containers not running when I first looked was Radaar, Sonaar and OpenVPn. If I try to restart Deluge and Krusader I get a execution error, error code 403. For all the other dockers when attempting to start it just comes back with Server error. Any help greatly appreciated. dbhnas-diagnostics-20230227-2005.zip
  2. I'm using Binhex DelugeVPN and do not see the option to remove pia dns settings?
  3. Do I have the same issue as you both? Have you rolled back Unraid OS yet to see if that works? sonarr.txt
  4. Thanks for this. I was moaning in silence. The above worked for me! Back to it....Justice League awaits....
  5. Hi there. I recently had to change VPN providers and while I fixed other containers, thinking PMS wouldn't be affected, it seems to have been affected. The container itself starts but when I try to go to WEB GUI it comes back with the below in the browser - This page isn’t working 192.168.1.73 didn’t send any data. ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE Equally if I go to Plex and try to launch from the site it states my server is unreachable. Attached are my diagnostics. I would appreciate any help. dbhnas-diagnostics-20200303-2149.zip
  6. Replaced power and sata cables still getting he error. I have attached the disk logs from the cache drive UI itself. And the server diagnostics. Suspecting I need a new cache drive now. In the UI the icon is grey but circular which would mean not spun up. Cache Drive Diagnostics.docx dbhnas-diagnostics-20181209-1900.zip
  7. Happened again. Diagnostics attached. I got this notifications last night - From: Console and webGui account Subject: cron for user root /sbin/fstrim -a -v | logger &> /dev/null Body: fstrim: /mnt/cache: FITRIM ioctl failed: Input/output error Appreciate any insights you have on how to solve this. Thanks dbhnas-diagnostics-20181013-2204.zip
  8. Did have notifications setup for browser only. Now setup for email thanks for highlighting that. When I turned the server back on my cache appeared unmounted and unassigned. Rectified both and it's all working again. New diagnostics attached. If it happens again I'll be sure to get the diagnostics before restarting. dbhnas-diagnostics-20181003-2344.zip
  9. See attachment below. This is what I see and it is not assignable.
  10. If its online, but unassigned I should see it in the UI correct? Currently the cache tab has no drive present?
  11. So this has happened again. Brand new cache drive not appearing in unraid. Has the greyed out icon saying device not present. Of anyone has any ideas let me know. dbhnas-diagnostics-20180921-2250.zip
  12. New cache drive sorted. Other one was dead. Thanks for your help.
  13. Is it worth doing a CMOS reset before buying a new cache?
  14. Hey there. Apologies if I am missing any etiquette. Few weeks ago i noticed my Plex server was not working. Looking at the Unraid Web GUI I noticed the docker tab said "failed to start". More looking around in the UI told me the cache drive was not being recognised and is labeled as not present when I spin down the array and check the cache tab out. I've checked the power and Sata cables and they are working perfectly as they have no issue powering up other disks. The screenshot below was taken while it had the working Sata and power cables connected. I've checked whether the SSD appears in the BIOS and can confirm it also is not being recognised there either. My drives are there but the slot where the cache would be remains empty. The SSD itself is a SanDisk SSD PLUS 120 GB up to 520 MB/s Sata III 2.5 inch Internal SSD bought an installed Aug 2015. Diagnostics attached and images. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated. If you need more information let me know and I'll try my best to get it. I am not an expert in this field. dbhnas-diagnostics-20180608-2300.zip
