  1. My favorite are the best price ones. I rarely if ever have problems with Hard Drives. Lucky I guess.
  2. I RESCUED 6 of these drives. How these drives will survive in a skin tight case with no active cooling is beyond my understanding heat and hard drives. I believe they will run and last a long time with proper cooling. The ones I purchased had ST3000DM001 drives inside.. wicked fast parity checks at 5.5 hr@145 MB/sec.
  3. Router/Wireless Dlink DIR-655 Switch TP-LINK TL-SG1016D
  4. GFOviedo, Here is that info you wanted for the Biostar A760G-M2+, Uptime over 7 hours. 5. Don't get me wrong I really like ECS A885GM-A2, runs very nice but it loads the bzroot about 3 times slower than my Biostar A760G. I do have those Verbatim Clip-It flash drives and several others but it makes no difference. I just thought maybe there was something I overlooked or it was normal for this mobo
  6. I'll leave it up the rest of the day and see how it does. I'm kinda curious now.
  7. My server with the Biostar A760G M2+ is mostly off, as it is use for backup only, but don't recall having any network problems with it. my mobo nic after bootup is orange / yellow I just copied 10g of files to it with... RX packets:7314518 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0 TX packets:1835680 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
  8. I too own a Biostar A760G which boots fast, but the ECS A885GM-A2 boots slow and I cant seem to find a way to get it to boot faster. Its a very minor problem. Other then that, I like the board it runs very well and fast after boot I have 6 3tb drives ST3000DM001, parity checks at 5 1/2 hr @ 145MB/sec Edit: When i talk about booting i mean bzroot load times
  9. Is anyone else getting this board to boot the flash drive at USB2.0 speeds?
  10. I use Midnight Commander, "mc" at the telnet prompt and it will keep all attributes when moving files
  11. This is just a wild guess, but i notice in your pic that you are going through unmenu to get to unraid menu. Have you tried to start the the array with the unraid menu at port 80
  12. Banned?? I wasn't aware there was a Authorization Server
  13. Not sure if this is old news or not http://www.ngohq.com/news/19805-critical-design-flaw-found-in-wd-caviar-green-hdds.html
  14. Thank you for the replys when i run reiserfsck --fix-fixable /dev/md4 i get "Failed to open the device '/dev/md4': No such file or directory" That is why i used sdi
  15. Just a followup, I ran "reiserfsck --check /dev/sdi" and says superblock is corrupted and you need to run this utility with --rebuild-sb. Should I?
