    I did the following. In regedit I went to the path. HKEYT_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers. I made a backup and then deleted all folders excluding New and WorkFolders. After doing this the symptoms where no longer present.

    Slow down is fixed now. I'm running XFS with a 16TB array that's just hit 60%

    After some fiddling. I believe windows may have been the culprit. After making some registry changes the issue is now gone. Thanks for the help.

    Hi All, When creating a new folder in unRaid it takes anywhere between 10-60 seconds for it to be created. Everything else is near instant. Browsing folders moving files etc. Any ideas? If you need any information please let me know.
