I am attempting to install my key on a new server with a different USB stick. I attempted to use the "Replace Key" function, type in my e-mail address but I get the error: Sorry, an error (403) occurred registering USB Flash GUID xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx The error is: GUID 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' is already registered to another user Yes, this is the e-mail address I used to originally purchase the key. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here, any suggestions?
