I have checked the drive I suspected faulty and its still functional i can see it reallocated the bad sectors, got new drive coming tomorrow hopefully i can rebuild my cache off this old one and reformat the current stopping me from losing everything :/. Thanks for all your help.

Thanks for the quick response, by backup you mean my unraid usb or the cache drive. and by format again usb or the cache drive. I tried what you suggested and unless I'm doing something wrong I don't think it worked. I'm going to see if I can pull the files of my old cache drive.

Hey guys Hopefully someone can help tell me what's stopping my unraid GUI from loading/responding. it started last night with the 2nd cache drive failing so this morning I removed it and I was watching it rebalance when the web GUI become unresponsive. I SSH in and got the diagnostics but I'm not sure what I need to be looking at to resolve it (I'm a linux/unraid noob) any help would be much apricated. darkness-diagnostics-20220703-1204.zip
