    I need to set the --time parameter to something greater than 10 seconds as some of my apps need to gracefully shutdown and they can take up to 30 seconds processing files. Is there anyway to change the --time parameter on docker stop/restart? Reference: https://docs.docker.com/engine/reference/commandline/stop/
