I am having issues updating to this version as one of my raid controllers does not get recognized by this version and i lose half my drives, but as soon as i roll back everything is back to normal, does anyone have any ideas?

im doing a rebuild but i left it in its error state to see if anyone had any ideas before i did the rebuild

I have swapped out a faulty disk, i added a 3TB ironwolf drive, the first drive would not pass the preclear so i took it back as got a replacement, but the new drive is doing exactly the same thing? "Please wait, retrieving information ..." I have also removed preclear and downloaded the latest version with no difference at all.
