Arcau's post in Unable to mount NFS share on remote Ubuntu 22.04 VM was marked as the answerI solved part of the issue - I was being silly I missed the USER portion of the mount line.
However I AM now having issues with the space in the share name.
The non spaced shares mount now however the one with the space in the name does not.

So @John_M I attempted the explicit delete and got the same error, I tried it with find and get the structure needs cleaning error
So stopped the array put into maintenance mode, did the XFS_Repair and was then able to delete it.
@itimpi Sorry I really should know better having worked help desk ended up managing to figure it out with the guidance of John though.
