Thanks for the help. Problem is solved. It was the permissions on the mapped drive in Windows. I found the answer in your reply in this thread:

Hello there, i'm facing an issue for awhile with the cache functionality. If cache is enabled for a share and I move a file to that share or a subfolder of the share I loose the required SMB permissions to enter the folder with windows explorer until the mover is invoked. Permissions returns after the move is finished. I included a screenshot of the folder permissions (in this case it's the folder "Films" in the "Plexmedia" share). The first list is after I moved the file but before the mover is invoked and the second list is after the mover has finished moving the file from cache to the share folder. The move originate from a folder on the cache drive to the array. I also have the same problem when moving a file from a folder on an unassigned drive. * Files moved have 777 permissions. There are other posts with same or similar problems but I have not found any clear fix the issue.
