hasemike
After trying freenas i stumbled upon unraid, this looks like the solution for me. One question : would the asrock conroe1333-d667 board with a 945 chipset and intels ich7 work with unraid ? This board is very very cheap, it can run the new celeron 420 and it has 4 sata and 1 ide port for 2 devices, making a total of 6 possible. This would make the unraid setup very cost effective with only about 120 euro for the pc, excluding the harddisks. Quote Link to comment
toonz
G'day mate. I'm using the ASRock K8SLI-eSATA2 in my unRAID server and its working beautifully - except for the onboard SATA temp info... about to post about that though. Quote Link to comment
