thogarth Posted January 30, 2021 Share Posted January 30, 2021 Hi, When I first built my Unraid Server its main use was for plex, but now I also want a decent gaming set up. I've been having issues with some games (not all) running on my VM. They tend to be the newer games with higher specs such as Fifa 21 etc.. I'm not certain but I believe the issue is likely the read/write speeds of the game files. I guess my question is 2 part 1 . How can I determine why some games aren't working 2. would adding a dedicated NVMe help me? 3. Can I add the SSD outside of the array so it is dedicated to the VM?
