V6.9.1. 2 Cores Per Win10 VM 100% Until Task Manager Opened.

NOTE: Will Upload with Logs and Configs ASAP, but wanted to start the topic while I was AFK, also provide others with a work around until then (Just leave Task Manger open)

Unraid server Plus, version 6.9.1

Model: Custom

Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. - PRIME X370-PRO

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core @ 3.75 GHz

HVM: Enabled

IOMMU: Enabled

2x Windows 10 Pro WM's
Machine: i440fx-5.1
IOS: OVMF

Hyper-V: No
USB Controller: 3.0 (nex XHCI)

Both my Windows WM's keep reporting 100% CPU usages on their first two assigned cores in the Unraid Dashboard (Usage is also reflected in Dynamix System Stats plugin), this happens when I leave my system idle for just a few minutes, and will remain like that until I open Task Manager, at which point they instantly drop back down to normal levels (below 25%). Closing Task Manger the CPU will raise back upto 100% on those two core within 5 minutes. Leaving Task Manager Open, this doesn't happen.

I have tried out the local time fix as other have reported this has solved high CPU usage but doesn't seem to effect this isue.

  <clock offset='localtime'>
    <timer name='hpet' present='yes'/>
    <timer name='hypervclock' present='yes'/>
  </clock>

Open to suggestions, will upload post with Logs ect onces I'm back at it (will be a week hence putting this up now)

Cheers,
