[v6.9.2] Random Kernel Panics on Dell Poweredge. Please help diagnose.

Recommended Posts

I have a fairly old Dell Poweredge T610 that is having a reoccurring and seemingly random kernel panics. This has happened across all unraid versions I've used since December. I've attached some screenshots of the console. though it doesn't appear to show the full dump and I'm not sure if I can retrieve it. I've also attached a diagnostics dump.

I've tried searching for some of the important looking snippets of the dump, but I'm not sure where to begin.

My RAID card is a Dell PERC H200 which I flashed to IT mode, though I've forgotten most of how I managed it. I have tried reseating the card and it may be happening less since then, but it hasn't stopped.

I'm happy to do the dirty work and am fairly happy on a Linux shell, but this isn't something I usually tackle and unraid is fairly different to the Debian based distros I'm used to so I'm not sure where to start.

I don't always notice straight away when it happens and it doesn't auto restart so I end up facing extended downtime until I can manually restart.

Any help would be appreciated.
