Plex Transcode Issue

Featured Replies

I am having Issues getting my TV plex app(LG CX OLED), Apple Tv(4k) or chrome on PC to display transcoded Video.

GPU Quadro P2000

Nvidia-smi shows the transcode, drivers and GPU

Plex shows the (HW)transcode in the dashboard, the seconds count up as if its playing

Multipule Movies are 4K, direct play or transcode does not seem to work.

Some Lower res 1080P movies wonk on chrome some dont.

One Movie (Mulan) works just fine transcoded or direct.(4k)

my devices just show the loading wheel or error out.

Unraid 6.9.2

Nvidia plugin drivers tried: v465.27, v460.73.01

Tried CPU transcode, same issue Dual E5-2667, 64gb Ram.

Tried changing transcode folder to from /ect to a share /transcode, and tried leaving blank

Properly paths set.

I think I may have found the issue.

if I change from TrueHD 7.1 to AC3 5.1

it works.
