Disk 1 in error state, need some input

Hello All,

 

I started a parity check and 2hrs into it, I got a disk 1 in error state. I have paused it now and posted the diagnostics on the link. I would appreciate any input on the best course of action next. Look over the logs and let me know if I need to replace the HD itself. appreciate. Also, don't mind the high CRC on the other disks, this was a previous issue due to a bad firmware on the HBA card and I figured it out and it stopped the numbers from going higher a few years ago.

    Disk look fine, replace/swap cables/slot to rule that out and rebuild on top.
