I just removed a drive from my array, I stopped the array, disconnected the drive, did new config and reassigned the hdd also the cache drive, when I restart the urray, I no longer see the vm or the dockers.
where did I go wrong?

What folders and files were on the drive you removed?

On the disk that I removed the folders were: appdata, isos, mod, system.
But before stopping the Urray I did a rsync -a to the user folder as written in the How to.

If you move from a disk folder to a user folder you risk data corruption.

I did

Rsync -a /mnt/disk3 /mnt/user
