Cache Devices Missing - Clean Install on Physical Hardware

I am new to UNRAID. Clean Install on physical hardware - All my hdd/sdd drives are identified but I am missing the option to assign a drive as a Cache Device (see attached picture). 

 

I'm follow the "How to set up Unraid - 2021 Guide". Hardware is a Dell Optiplex R430 with a PERC H730 and a single PCIe - NVMe ssd.

    3. Adjust your preference.
