For the past few weeks, my server has been either hanging or rebooting at least daily. I suspect that there are either drive or cable issues, but i'm having trouble nailing it down.

 

Parity is consistently reporting 11k+ errors: 

 

But I don't see them in the dashboard: 

 

Also, my SMART reports say that my errors are within tolerance. Anyone have suggestions of how to troubleshoot this?

Auto parity check after a reboot is non correct, you need to run a correcting check, but most importantly you need to resolve what's causing the server to hang/reboot.
