I am receiving lots of the following errors in my syslog and FixComonProblems told me i am having Machine Check Events.

Does this error mean i have a bad stick of RAM in CPU 0 Slot 0?

Yes (your system event log in the BIOS) would probably have more info

How would i go about retrieving that log?

By going to the BIOS or however you get to it and looking at the System Event Log.
