32 Disk Errors - Replace Drive?

Hello, one of my relatively new-ish WD drives has 32 disk errors in Unraid. I've attached my diagnostics - is this something I should try and RMA and replace? I've been doing a mass transcode of h264 files to h265 over the past week - could the errors be associated with this?

    Doesn't look like a disk problem, you can run an extended SMART test to confirm.
