Radarr/Sonaar not connecting to SABnzbd via SSL on Unraid 6.9.2

Featured Replies

Following one of the many guide out there, I was able to successfully setup those 3 Apps.

Obviously I am looking for Radarr & Sonaar to be able to push nzbs to SABnzbd. Because I am a security freak, I only allow connections to any of those apps over https only, I generally disable any plan http connections.

However this creates an issue it seems, as if I disable HTTP connection from SABnzbd neither Radarr or Sonaar will be able to make a successful connection:

Radaar:

Test was aborted due to an error: Unable to connect to SABnzbd, The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.: 'https://192.168.86.101:9090/api?mode=get_config&apikey=22c24c74ce264af188ed0d66d73491fb&output=json'

Or Sonaar with a slightly different message:

Test was aborted due to an error: Unable to connect to SABnzbd, certificate validation failed.

So I guess somehow the self created cert is causing issues... but the weird part to me, is that from another machine (Old Qnap Nas on the network) where I have a functioning version of SickRage running. I was able to successfully add the SABnzbd on the unraid server as a downloader through HTTPS (with SSL).

So why is working from outside with SSL and not locally ? Especially with locally HTTP works flawlessly.

I am at a loss.

Thx for any help !
