I have had a memory stick failure & my last backup of it predates 2 VMs that I created.

 

Is it possible for me to get unraid to reuse the existing vdisks on my array so that I don't have re-install them?

    Yes, just create again new vm templates and point the disk(s) to the existing vdisk(s).

    If you didn't backup the vm uuid you may need to reactivate windows.
