jul9000
My motherboard (ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME Z270-A, Version Rev 1.xx, as shown in Unraid's dashboard) does not show any temperatures, nor isn't able to show any fan speeds. While looking online for solutions, I've found the following kernel bug which is fixed now and is supposed to fix my issue: Hardware monitoring sensor nct6798d doesn't work unless acpi_enforce_resources=lax is enabled Is this something that need to be implemented by Unraid developers or can I do it myself? Please advise Quote Link to comment

jul9000
Sure! Dynamix System Temperature plugin is installed and up-to-date. Drivers are detected (both coretemp and nct6775), but only coretemp showing temperatures. Same when running sensors from CLI. Users commenting in the kernel bug thread had the exact same issues as me and support for my motherboard was added in the patch. Quote Link to comment
mrhaanman
Was there ever a resolution to this? Same issue for me. Drivers installed and enabled. No motherboard temp available.. . Quote Link to comment

I'm afraid not... It appears we're on our own to resolve this. I found this thread, which (kind of) explains how to apply a kernel patch, but I never had time to play with it... 1 Quote Link to comment

I'll take a look and see if its something i want to risk for something that's only a minor annoyance to me. Quote Link to comment
