Missing Cache Drive

If I restart my server the cache drive is present and all my dockers fail because they can't write. If I stop the array the cache drive displays as missing and I'm unsure how to fix this. Any help would be appreciated, diagnostic file attached.

    Shut down, check connections, SATA and power, both ends, including splitters. If cache is present start the array and post new diagnostics.
