November 29, 20214 yr Hi All; I just upgraded my Parity Drive from an 8TB to 10TB disk. Saved a backup of my config prior to swap Went to Main tab of Web GUI and did a shutdown of system. Physically swapped out 8TB Parity drive and replaced with new 10TB drive Powered on machine Changed Parity Drive to None Started Array - normal mode not Maintenance mode Stopped Array Updated Parity Drive info to point at new physical disk Started Array - normal mode not Maintenance mode Parity sync / data rebuild started Numerous instances of drives overheating so paused / resumed Parity sync / data rebuild multiple times (took 3 days) Noted that one data disk showed as Unmountable: Not mounted Upon completion of parity sync / data rebuild --> went to disk 1 page and ran Check with -n option - stupidly did not save output Ran Check with no options and got a long string of data (attached) Ran Check again with -n option and got a short report I don't understand what the check did/did not do so I need some guidance. Have attached: Output from Check command Diagnostics file produced after attempt to use Check to fix drive (previously stated I was a doofus and did not copy initial Check output) Supplementary data: screen snip of notifications from startup after swapping physical parity drive during parity rebuild - (I cleared all the ones about disks getting hot and returning to normal temperature).
