Disable "Control Alt Delete" in VM

Is there a way to disable Control Alt Delete in a Virtual Machine? I've had a couple of vms seem to be hung so I pressed the three finger salute and rebooted the Unraid server. I did this while access the vm from the Unraid server as I was using passthrough for gpu, sound card and keyboard & mouse.

    Since there is no way to disable Ctrl-Alt-Del in KVM I will repost this in a different forum here at Unraid as perhaps really be looking at disabling the three finger salute for Unraid.
