Unraid Upgrade no VM working anymore

Hello,

I upgraded my hardware from an r7 2700X to an R9 5900X. Now all of my VMs are broken. The Linux VMs starts in grub and if I press Enter on "Ubuntu" I get a black screen. My Win10 VM shows on the top left a cursor for 0,1 sec and after that it shows the Tiano Core Logo. This will repeat in an infinit Loop.

I recreated the VMs with no luck.

My main VM is on an NVME SSD over PCI passthrough and I can boot directly from the server, so the SSD is working.

PS: My Backup vDisk are also not working and i got a new board (from b450 to b550). At the first boot I got some problems with my sata Controller but now the array is working.
