Some how I accidentally changed a settings and all my shares tried to more to my cache pool and no longer show up in the gui, is their an easy fix to this.

Without any more information about exactly what you did and without your system’s diagnostics you are only going to get guesses  

 

I suspect that rebooting the system will bring share back.

I changed the share cache setting to prefer so it tried to move everything to my cache pool but it not very big, nothing shows up under shares only to add more,

Restarting seemed to fix it, thanks
