can't access web gui

after reboot the  system, I can't access web gui (222.200.186.94), ssh still working. any help would be much appreciated.

 

don't bother, it's just a network issue.

    Why are you giving the server an IP address that isn't classified as "Private" (192.x / 172.x / 10.x)?  Is this server wide open to the world?
