disk disabled - no read errors

Hey Guys!

after rebooting my server disk6 got disabled. i checked the smart log but no errors..

can you please help me figure this out.

    Disk was already disabled at boot so we can't see what happened, SMART looks fine, I would recommended swapping/replacing cables/slot to rule that out and rebuild.
