Transfer speed

Featured Replies

New to Unraid and having speed issues when transferring large files.  I have gone through numerous post tweaking settings and even changed out hardware trying to correct the problem, but for some reason it keeps throttling the transfer.  It will start out around 112 MB/s and then after a while drop down to 42MB/s.  I have tried writing to the cache drive, turning on turbo and also disabling cache.  The cache is a 250GB EVO 870 and also have tried with a MX500. Array is setup with two 4TB WD REDs.  I have also tried putting my Intel Pro 100 Quad in, rather than using the onboard lan and still the same result.  I have even gone as far to swap my 16GB  of 3200 out for 32GB of 2400 to see if that changed anything as well.   Any help one where to look or something to try would be appreciated as I have been scowering the internet.

Grab the diagnostics when the transfer speed slows down and post them here.

Thank you for the response. I had already backed up my flash drive/key and did a clean install.  Not sure if it was something hung up from an old docker or a setting that was wrong, but it seems to not be throttling anymore.
