Internet Slows to a Crawl/FLAC+Videos files slow to load/buffer <SOLVED>

Featured Replies

UGH - I guess I moved the bad cable with me when I brought server upstairs to troubleshoot.

ARGGHHH

I can't listen to FLAC files via ROON
I can't listen to Tidal/Quboz HQ FLAC w/o studder/connection issues
I can't play 1080p video files w/o constant buffer/freezing/slowdown via MPC Classic
When I set SABNZB to speeds > 1 MB/s :
A)
my entire interent slows to a crawl (anecdotally wifi is fine; wired shits bed?)
B) even if its set at 3 MB/s it won't download faster than 1 MB/s (as if its capped)

Speedtest docker shows 9 down and 8 up - I used to get 200 down/20 up.
It has GOT to be a network setting, because:

I have built a new server (from AMD to Intel) <--- migrated same flash/unraid config/system)
I have bought a new Orbi router.
I have bought a new unmanaged network switch.
I have switched out cables.
I installed SABNZB on my Windows PC, it went up to 10 MB/s download no problem.

EDIT/Update - I deleted my network.cfg and rebooted. same problem.

I have attached my diagnostic zip - please help!
I am broke and there is nothing more to replace - 😅
