It instructed me how to replace a key, but it wont install. I'm getting ERROR (5). I'm not sure what to do. I checked a couple other posts that mentioned the date and time being off, but mine seems to be correct?
March 7, 20224 yr It appears that you have a BASIC key, but you have too many devices and need to upgrade to a Plus. You should contact support https://unraid.net/contact if this is incorrect.
March 7, 20224 yr Author Squid, I swear I did purchase an upgraded key at one point. That's part of my confusion. I wonder if I purchased it and never actually upgraded it. Would that be my only issue here? I can unplug a few drives I guess to get it to boot.
January 25, 20233 yr Author Hi, By the way I think I solved this. I might just not be that smart. I think I ended up having an intermittent ram slot failure which lead to a host of problems that I could not sort out. Including not booting from the USB.
