Building a replacement server

Well it happened.  My Unraid server that I have been running for over 10 years now has to go, and I have a new ATX case with 850w PSU and plenty of drive bays.  I'm ready to install, but I want to be able to handle 20TB drives (about 8 of them) and that means I need an 8 port SATA PCI-e card for this beast.

I'm no expert here, but from what I understand I need x4 PCI-e support and wanted to know what the max size per drive would be.  My old server won't let me go more than 8TB per drive, and the PSU is fixed (it is a re-purposed HP Proliant server).  This new box is a home made beast, so I have more control to swap out components.  I just want to get the SATA interface right on this first.

Does anyone have a suggestion and/or a link to a PCI-e 8 port SATA card that they would recommend that can handle 20TB drives?

Thanks

K
