Log is full of connection errors from an unassigned disk, also filesystem issues with disk1, check filesystem on disk1, disconnect or replace cables on the unassigned disk and post new diags after array start.

Might be a good idea to replace/swap cables just to rule that out if it happens again.

I installed a couple drives. One of them had an error on the first parity check. I think there must be a cable issue. I didn't want to start a new topic becasue this seems like the same problem and I should just replace cables. I attached my diagnostics. Could you take a look when you have a chance?

Yes, looks more like a power/connection problem, suggest checking/replacing cables and rebuilding on top.
