Relatively new disk started throwing write errors

Hello, I finally hit a new milestone of 40 days of uptime and this morning I logged on and noticed my parity disk was in a failure state. I grabbed the system logs and then restarted. After getting it back up I restarted the parity build and it instantly failed again. These are the logs I have attached. Is this just a completely shot drive I need to RMA or could there be anything else to it? Thanks in advance.

    Looks more like a power/connection problem, check/replace cables.

     

    P.S. having an SMR disk for parity can negatively affect performance for all writes to the array.

    The type of error, disk dropped offline, also SMART looks healthy.
