Blacklisted?

Featured Replies

Just logged into my server this afternoon and saw my USB is blacklisted. I trust support will hemp me, but is anyone else having issues like this? I just updated to the new release candidate, but I haven't changed my USB since I created the server a few months ago. Most confusing.

Is there anything I shouldn't do while I wait for support? if I reboot am I SOL?

When you registered your USB flash drive, it was the first to be registered with that GUID.  Your USB flash apparently does not have a unique GUID and now someone else has attempted to register a USB flash drive for unRAID with the same GIUID.  That is what gets it blacklisted.  Each new release of unRAID has a new list of blacklisted GUIDs updated since the last release.

You should make sure you get a USB flash drive with a unique GUID and transfer your license to that.

It had a unique one, but is showing all 0's now. Might be failing. We'll see.

That would certainly get it blacklisted.
